Information we collect

• Newsletter signups. Email address and source page when you subscribe to the mailing list.
• Inquiries. Name, email, organization, subject, and message when you submit the contact form.
• Demo submissions. Name, artist name, email, track title, link, genre, bio, and social links when submitted to Heist Mode.
• Analytics. Aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers, device type) - no personally identifying information unless you choose to provide it.

How we use it

We use the data you provide only to respond to your inquiry, deliver mailing-list content you signed up for, evaluate demo submissions, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Storage and security

Form data is stored in Google Firebase / Firestore with access limited to authorized administrators. Shop transactions are processed by Shopify (with Printful and Printify handling fulfillment) under their own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@barbosaofficial.com. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any newsletter.
